Contact
Feedback about the planner, a calculation that looks wrong, or an accessibility problem? Here is how to get in touch and what helps most.
Direct contact
A public contact e-mail address has not been published for this website yet. It will be listed on this page as soon as it is available. There is deliberately no contact form here, because a form that could not deliver your message would waste your time.
Reporting a calculation that looks wrong
The fastest way to investigate is to reproduce your exact plan:
- In the planner, choose Share link and include the copied link. It contains only the plan’s measurements and names — rename observers first if you prefer.
- Describe what you expected and what the planner showed, including the units you used.
- If you measured on site, say how (tape, laser, estimated from stories or brick courses).
Before reporting, it is worth checking the explanation under the result: it states which observer and which edge of the private area determine the height, which often clarifies a surprising number.
Accessibility
The planner is designed to work with a keyboard and screen readers: every diagram handle can be focused with Tab and moved with the arrow keys, and all values can be typed. If something does not work with your setup, please include your browser, device and assistive technology.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on what fence or screen height is permitted where you live, on disputes with neighbors, or on structural design. Please contact your local authority or a qualified professional for those questions.
